Subject: Hi all of the,
I' v had mortgage finance which AS I defaulted regarding some times ago. To cut a tough story simple we' d decided to have repay @ £200 monthly but AS I lost my own job and even couldn' t manage well over £40. They [HSBC] refused to concentrate and flushed us to the restorative healing department. Since then we've been making any agreed payments using them and everything was running smooth.
Today we've found recieved an important letter showing us how the debt continues to be sold to a different one company. Might be this legitimate?

Best Answer:Well request validation of the debt from the collection agency.
If you wanna pay just start paying that $25 per month it's not much but at least you're trying. When the original creditor (OC) sells the account to a debt buyer, many times the OC sells rights such as adding interest and fees. You'll have to look at the original contact to see how much fees can be added.
You may wanna try for a low settlement if that's possible.
